Inhalt: Der ACR BI-RADS®-Atlas umfasst das Spektrum der in der Praxis etablierten und wissenschaftlich fundierten Bildgebung der Mamma und besteht aus vier Teilen Mammografie, Sonographie der Mamma, Magnetresonanztomografie der Mamma sowie Nachkontrolle und Ergebnisüberwachung, in dem das klinisch relevante Audit und das erweiterte Audit der medizinischen Qualitätskontrolle erläutert werden. Nach einem jeweils einführenden Kapitel zu den drei bildgebenden diagnostischen Methoden folgt ein Atlasteil mit klaren Angaben zu den diagnostischen Kriterien wie Form, Rand, Verkalkungen, Kriterien der Kontrastmittelaufnahme etc., die sich durch klare Definitionen und einheitliche Benennungen auszeichnen.
