I have made it my business to reach out to teenagers and parents to let them know that their voices do matter and that they can be effectively heard. I have tested different theories of better ways to communicate between these relationships and ways. These are the ways that have been most effective. Please read this book and put into effect the ways to communicate with each other so that you may get the most out of your relationship. I also have added a section of awareness for drug addiction in hopes through education you may choose not to use drugs to cope with the obstacles life brings your way. I have also included different places one may reach out to for help if need be. No one is alone; there is always someone out there ready to help you to become the person you were meant to be. You are important, and there is a purpose in life that only you can fulfill.
