Deshalb entstand am Institut für Grundschulforschung (FAU) das Programm 'Lesen im Leseteam trainieren', dessen Entwicklung und Evaluation Gegenstand dieses Bandes ist. Das Programm zielt sowohl auf Lesefertigkeit (Methode: Repeated Reading) als auch auf Leseverständnis (Methode: Lesestrategien mit Reciprocal Teaching). Entsprechend wird die Lesekompetenz und ihre Förderung im interdisziplinär angelegten Theorieteil von der Wort- bis zur Textebene beleuchtet - mit dem Ziel, folgende Fragen zu beantworten: Wie funktioniert Lesen und Leseverstehen? Wie verhält sich der kompetente Leser? Wie lässt sich kompetentes Leseverhalten fördern? Im empirischen Teil werden die quantitativen Daten der Evaluation mit Propensity Score-Matching und -stratifizierung analysiert, so dass die Wirksamkeit des Trainings auf Schüler unterschiedlicher Leistungsfähigkeit sichtbar wird. Ergänzend zeigt eine qualitative Inhaltsanalyse videographierter Daten, wie Grundschüler die vermittelten Lesestrategien einsetzen und dass auch leseschwache Kinder im Grundschulalter lernen können, ihr Leseverstehen zu überwachen und zu regulieren. Meike Munser-Kiefer (geb. 1973) studierte an der Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg Lehramt für Grundschulen, unterrichtete fünf Jahre in der Grundschule und ist seitdem Akademische Rätin am Institut für Grundschulforschung (FAU). Dort initiierte sie zusammen mit Kollegen das Forschungsprojekt Leseprofi im Leseteam. Das dabei entstandene Programm Lesen im Leseteam trainieren erhielt 2008 den Preis 'Forschung innovativ' (BLLV). Für ihre Promotion im Rahmen des Projekts bekam sie 2011 den 'Aloys-Fischer-Preis für Grundschulforschung' (DGfE). The overall story has a good tempo, keeping events pleasingly off balance, but it's the conclusion, which is spread over dozens of pages, thatshines brightest, with snappy twists and credible surprises. A taut thriller that cruises through the New York financial market, with all its blind curves and bumpy roadways, like a sports car.
