The long awaited sequel to the Kindle Time Travel Romance Bestseller THE RUBY BROOCH! The saga of the brooches continues in this Civil War Time Travel Romance... A Union soldier risks everything to save the life of Abraham Lincoln, while a Confederate surgeon races through time to preserve Lincoln's Legacy. Reenactor Dr. Charlotte Mallory has spent years perfecting the portrayal of her ancestor, Civil War Confederate surgeon Major Carlton Mallory. In the middle of the 150th anniversary reenactment of the Battle of Cedar Creek, she is hurled back in time and lands in the middle of the battle itself, and from there is catapulted into dangers that threaten her life and shatter her heart. Charlotte is captured by Union soldiers during the battle and hauled before General Sheridan. The General only sees a Confederate surgeon who can solve a challenging problem for him, so he threatens Charlotte with the destruction of her two-hundred-year-old ancestral home unless "he" agrees to rescue a Union spy from a Confederate hospital. To save her home and possibly her own life, she reluctantly agrees. After a harrowing journey to Chimborazo Hospital in Richmond, she finds her target, a handsome, green-eyed spy with a Minie ball in his gut and is now at death's door. Without a thought for long-term consequences, she returns with him to the future, where she has the technology to save his life. While recovering from his gunshot wound in Charlotte's ancestral home, the spy, Major Michael Abraham "Braham" McCabe learns the man he works for, President Lincoln, was assassinated. Now Braham is determined to return to his century to prevent the assassination. When Charlotte refuses to help him, because it will change the future, he finds another way to get back to his own time. Now Charlotte must find the courage to follow her heart into the past, and fix the mess she created before it unravels and changes the course of history. What began as the rescue of a dying man explodes into an eight-month, terrifying, and spellbinding escapade that carries Charlotte across the boundaries of time, honor, and duty to protect history and those she loves, putting everything she cherishes at risk, her heart, her home, and her life. The enduring power of love can turn tragedy into triumph This is a stand-alone book that continues the story of Kit MacKlenna's godfather, Elliott Fraser, who was introduced in THE RUBY BROOCH. Meredith Montgomery, the first female president of her family's 160-year-old Napa, California winery, has her hands full with training for a marathon, problem employees, a nosy reporter, and launching a new wine when a health scare wiggles its ugly head again. She takes refuge in Scotland for a working holiday where she meets Thoroughbred breeder Elliott Fraser, CEO of MacKlenna Farm in Lexington, Kentucky. Elliott is on crutches, recovering from surgery on his leg. Although she tries to keep her distance and avoid distractions, the sexy Scotsman reels her in and hooks her with entertaining dinner invitations and a trip to his family's castle in the Highlands. After a blissful night together, a crisis on the farm pulls Elliott back to the Bluegrass. When Meredith accepts his invitation to stop for a visit on her return to California, the next domino falls in an explosive chain of events that could threaten not only their hearts but their lives. One careless moment confronts them with a life or death decision that could destroy the MacKlenna family legacy forever (Add to your cart now ) Reviewer's Comments The Last MacKlenna is a great romantic read. You can't help but ooh and ah at the wealth that surrounds strong leads Elliott and Meredith. Lowry Logan elegantly and purposefully gives her readers a great taste of Meredith's life as president of her family-owned vineyard and Elliott's in the high powered world of thoroughbred race horses. These two broken souls fall deeply in love and we root hard for them to overcome their many obstacles. And I would be remiss if I didn't add that this novel comes complete with a gripping mystery--one that will make your heart pound. Along for Meredith and Elliott's journey are a fine group of quirky, strong and loyal characters. The Last MacKlenna is first in Romance. Reviewer's Comments When I first approached Logan's work, I expected to be confronted by a star-trekky series of superficial, time-travel inventions that are ten a penny and simply don't appeal to me at all. How wrong I was. In reality, I found a writer of ingenuity, with a depth of understanding of the human condition and the ability to share it with the reader that far exceeded my expectations. Yes--I have to admit it; that exceeded my expectations of a modern woman and an American woman at that. Her two novels to date, The Ruby Brooch and The Last MacKlenna, both of which I've read and hugely enjoyed, explore the lives of two women, Kit MacKlenna and Meredith Montgomery both of whom face worlds of adversity and come through them thanks to a mixture of such determination and, it has to be said, pig-headedness, that the reader is drawn into their lives and wants them to succeed. Their men, Cullen Montgomery and Elliot Fraser, are developed with a deftness of touch that I once again consider exceptional in a female writer. I feel that Logan is a writer to be read, enjoyed and admired, and having found her voice in her work to date, may well produce a contemporary novel of lasting significance. I shall look forward to that. Scroll up and add to your cart now

When a brooch is broken, some of its magic is lost... When NYPD detective JL O'Grady is invited to be her brother's plus-one at Montgomery Winery's end-of-harvest gala, she plans to enjoy a fabulous weekend in Napa drinking wine, enjoying sunset dinners on the veranda, and watching her brother's high school basketball tournament. Instead, she's pulled into a murder investigation hauntingly similar to a New York City racketeering and drug case that nearly ended her career. The local cops insist she steer clear of their investigation, but JL's gut instincts - and fears for her brother's safety - drive her deeper into the case. With help from MacKlenna Corporation's irresistibly handsome and charming CFO, Kevin Allen, she searches for a connection between the two cases, while at the same time her connection with Kevin rockets from mild to scorching in a New York minute. When another crime hits too close to her heart, the stakes escalate and endanger not only JL, but the entire MacKlenna Clan as well. Now it's up to JL and Kevin - with a little help from David McBain, who is drowning in toddler hell - to solve the case. With time running out and danger closing in, JL and Kevin rush to discover the killer's identity before someone else is murdered, and while they're at it, they might just find what's been missing from both their lives for far too long.

In 2014, Marc Wilde--martial artist and actor--finds his life a mess. His latest film, Croc-nami, is being trashed on social media, sending his acting career into a tailspin (crocodile pun . . . nice). His dating history isn't much better. Romantic love? Not so much. And then there is the tiny matter of blackmail. Someone knows about the time portal in the cellar of Duir Cottage and is threatening to tell the world unless Marc pays up. So yeah . . . life not going so well. In 1814, Kit Ashton has problems of her own. Her brother has disappeared (again), leaving Kit penniless and forcing her to take up employment as a lady's companion (sigh). Worse, there are French spies in the area, and Kit finds herself pulled into the conspiracy. Add in the sudden appearance of a wind-swept, silver-tongued rogue who makes Kit want to flirt, flirt, flirt . . . it all leaves her one misstep from disaster. Kit is determined to find her brother and return home, all while guarding her heart and (most importantly) keeping her secrets . . . well . . . secret.

Looking To The Future is the 11th book in the Bregdan Chronicles historical fiction series. As of today, there are 10 books in the series. Make sure you start reading with # 1 - Storm Clouds Rolling In. It's readers like you who have turned the series into a world-wide best-seller. Thank you! Book Description:How will America, and the characters you have come to love, continue to heal from the backlash of the Civil War? Carrie travels to Philadelphia to fulfill a promise, but is stunned by what she discovers, and is thrown into a world she knows nothing about. Moses and Rose are moving forward in college, but will Moses make a different decision? How will Felicia handle the challenges? Jeremy and Marietta receive the surprise of their life, forcing them to make a decision they hoped they would not have to make. Matthew and Janie welcome a new child at the same time Matthew deals with great turmoil. When everyone really just wants a simple, clear future, each person finds they have to make the choice every single day to Look To The Future. Volume # 11 of the Bregdan Chronicles continues the sweeping historical saga that now encompasses the fourth year of American Reconstruction. How many books will be in the Bregdan Chronicles? No one knows yet... Ginny intends to write these character's stories, one year at a time, for as long as she is able to write. She is passionate about bringing history to life through historical fiction. Since she is amazingly healthy, that could be for a very long time! She doesn't like stories to end any more than you do. This one won't end for a very long time! Review: Happy, sad & impatient (waiting for the next book)! History you've never been taught brought forward. I've learned a lot of history from all of Ginny's books (thank you so much for sharing). It's hard to believe these people are fictional. The story continues on in each book, a page turner you'll be reluctant to put down until you've finished reading the entire book. Less than 24 hrs since its' release and I've finished the book. Time to start rereading the entire set again. If you haven't read any of these books you've missed out big time. My suggestion would be just try the first book. If you're not hooked by the first chapter try one more. These books have grabbed my heart & soul from the beginning page right until the last word. Review: I JUST FINISHED ALWAYS FORWARD.. As always reading any of the Bregdan Chronicles, I did not want to put the book down. I will read it again. I have learned so much from reading all 9 of these books. I also felt part of the main people in the book and their families. At one point I cried and cried. Right now I am going to go back and read the book again. I have so much more to learn from this book, and to enjoy reading it all over again. Thank you, GINNY DYE. I love reading, but these are the best books I have ever read. And have opened up my eyes to things I never knew.
